Add a few drops to your burner, diffuser or fragrancer and gently relax, recline and reset. This wonderful wind down blend combines the restorative qualities of Lavender, Petitgrain and Lemon essential oils;
Lavender Essential Oil is a great stress reliever thanks to its calming and sedative properties. It has been shown in various studies to help induce feelings of relaxation which may in turn be useful in helping promote a decent night's sleep as well as reducing feelings of stress and anxiety.
Petitgrain aids relaxation and is a good stress-reliever with excellent uplifting properties. You may find it particularly useful for the 'Winter Blues' or S.A.D.
Lemon Essential Oil with its fresh and zesty aroma will help clear the mind and promote clarity of thought.
To diffuse in a traditional burner, simply fill dish with water and add a few drops of oil on top before lighting the candle. For electrical fragrancers, follow instructions given by the manual. Add a few drops to a handkerchief or inhale directly from the bottle if you are on the go* Dilute in distilled water and pour into spray bottle for an all-natural room fragrancer.
