Reiki I Class 16th & 17th June 2023 10.30am - 4.30pm

A First Degree Reiki Class over two days during which there are four initiating attunements to the Reiki energy.

In the 1920s a Japanese Buddhist priest, Dr Mikao Usui, rediscovered an ancient way of channelling healing energy, creating the Usui System of Energy Healing, or Usui Shiki Reiki Ryoho, which has become better known simply as "Reiki". In this context, Reiki is a safe, non-intrusive hands-on healing technique for physical ailments, but it is much more than a physical therapy. It is a holistic system for balancing, healing and harmonising all aspects of the person - body, mind, emotions and spirit - and it can also be used to encourage personal and spiritual awareness and growth.

This is a Non-Residential 2 day Class.

During the class you will;
Learn how to treat yourself with Reiki;
Learn how to give a Reiki Treatment to family and friends;
Learn about the origins of Reiki, the wider application of the energy and its transformational effects.

There will be time to practice giving yourself and others Reiki. Classes are small and friendly.
At the end of the class you will receive a Handbook, a Certificate and a free copy of ‘Reiki For Life’ by Penelope Quest.

When: Friday 16th & Saturday 17th June from 10.30am until 4.30pm.
