Pine (Organic)(Pinus Sylvestris) Pure Essential Oil 10ml by Amphora Aromatics

Anti-viral, bactericidal, and disinfectant.
Pine Essential Oil is an invigorating oil which is great to burn or vaporise as it encourages healing and has a cleansing and invigorating effect on the mind.
Pinus sylvestris is extracted by steam distillation of the fir needles.

Pine essential oil is thought to be a useful hair tonic and is a good air antiseptic (try using it with one of our wide selection of Vaporisers or burners).
Pine can also be used as a steam inhalant to clear the airways.
Like the majority of Essential Oils, Pine should always be used well diluted when applied to the skin.
Perhaps best used in a carrier oil or by adding just a couple of drops to your bath when it may help alleviate the symptoms of asthma, sinusitis, colds and coughs.
It can encourage cellulite to diminish and help in cases of rheumatism. You may even find it helps to overcome hangovers!
To diffuse in a traditional burner, simply fill dish with water and add a few drops of oil on top before lighting the candle.
For electrical diffusers, follow instructions given by the manual. For massage: dilute in a carrier oil and gently massage over the skin.
Add a few drops to a handkerchief or inhale directly from the bottle if you are on the go.
Dilute in distilled water and pour into spray bottle for an all-natural room fragrance. 

Baths: blend 5-8 drops in a teaspoon of carrier oil and add to bath
Massages: add 2-3 drops of essential oils to 1 tablespoonful of carrier oil
Vaporisation: add 2-4 drops of essential oils to a burner, aroma stone or aroma stream
 
Shelf Life and Preservatives:
Our essential oils all have a shelf life in excess of 12 months.  However, as with any essential oil we recommend using it within 12 months of opening.
