Toning, cleansing and a digestive aid.

Can be used to ease digestive problems when used with a carrier oil as a massage to ease wind.

Foeniculum vulgare Oil is the volatile oil obtained by steam distillation of the crushed seeds of the Fennel, Foeniculum vulgare, Umbelliferae.

Fennel Essential Oil can be used to ease digestive problems when used with a Carrier Oil as a massage to ease wind.

Also useful for oily mature skin and cellulite.

It's estrogenic properties may help to combat wrinkles etc. It can clear congestion on the skin and help bruises to heal. May also be useful in relieving irritation and pain caused by bites and stings.

Be sure to use sparingly and always dilute to at least 5%.

It can also help you to find courage and strength when times are tough.

Baths: blend 5-8 drops in a teaspoon of carrier oil and add to bath

Massages: add 2-3 drops of essential oils to 1 tablespoonful of carrier oil

Vaporisation: add 2-4 drops of essential oils to a burner, aroma stone or aroma stream

Our essential oils all have a shelf life in excess of 12 months. However, as with any essential oil we recommend using it within 12 months of opening.
