Bulgarian Lavender Essential Oil has many stories rooted in history; it was during London's great plague in the 17th century that Lavender oil was in great demand; people would tie bunches to their wrists as they believed it helped ward off infection.

Massages: add 2-3 drops of essential oils to 1 tablespoonful of carrier oil

Vaporisation: add 2-4 drops of essential oils to a burner, aroma stone or aroma stream
