With its strengthening, clearing, and liberating properties it can help you stay focused and maintain concentration, even on the longest journeys. Perfect for athletes, it is also great for combating colds due to its expectorant, antiseptic, and antiviral properties. Enjoy its lively aroma, but use sparingly when blending with other oils.

It is often blended in a carrier oil to make an excellent sporting massage for use before and after sport or other physical activity.

Baths: blend 5-8 drops in a teaspoon of carrier oil and add to bath

Massages: add 2-3 drops of essential oils to 1 tablespoonful of carrier oilVaporisation: add 2-4 drops of essential oils to a burner, aroma stone or aroma stream
