Wow! The weeks have just flown by here at Spirit. We've had a lovely time at the Healing Weekend at Secret World and have already booked to do it all again next year! It was lovely to see everyone and the weather was fabulous. 
At the end of the month, 30.7.22, we'll be at the Summer Mind Body and Spirit Event in Chipping Sodbury. It would be great to see you there.
There is a Reiki First Degree, Reiki 1 Class on 27th & 28th August in Sea Mills, Bs9.

Our Herbs, Teas and Flowers Collection is evolving, with more Organic products added all the time. Blue Lotus Flower and Butterfly Pea were really popular at the Healing Weekend. We hope to have the Blue Lotus back in stock soon. Our Lavender range was especially popular after Andy shared how Lavender tea had improved his sleep recently.
